I made this little video a couple of years ago when I was a fitness instructor. It took about 15 mintues to film on my phone and maybe half an hour to upload on the iMovie, edit and add titles. Then I just uploaded it on to YouTube.
It was easy to post anywhere on my website or social media.
And notice that this video is only about two minutes long, but by today's standards it feels long to watch. Keep your videos under two minutes - and under a minute if you can, unless you are teaching a class. We have short attention spans these days.
Try out just a short video to start. Answer a frequently asked question from your clients. Do an office, gym or studio tour. People want to get to know who they may do business with - especially in the health and wellness community.
